Cancellation fees:

• Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 30 days or less before the event
• Cancellation fee of 70% is charged if cancelled 60 days or less before the event
• Cancellation fee of 30% is charged if cancelled 90 days or less before the event
• Cancellation fee of 4% is charged if cancelled 365 days or less before the event
